- How will I know my order has been received?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
REONDISTRICT.COM is happy to accept change or cancellation
You can request an order change or cancellation as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped.
After that, you cannot cancel or change your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our cancellations page.
- When will I be charged?
If you paid by debit card or PayPal, payment will usually be taken immediately.
If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method.
If you paid by credit card, payment will usually be taken once your order is approved and ready for shipping. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can't
use it for a short period.
If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund.
- How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. All shipments are processed by EMS, FEDEX REONDISTRICT's partner carriers. You can select the carrier (EMS, FEDEX)while checking out. For a shipping cost estimate, see our shipping information section. From time to time we offer promotional shipping rates that will not be reflected in this table. FREE shipping
over $300 for selected countries by EMS, FEDEX. Please kindly understand that above shipping fee policy will only be applied to certain countries.
For others, shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on each regions and weight of each parcels.
※ We do free ship when our customers purchase over $300, whenever you want to return the item and the sum of your buying is less than $300, you need to pay for the round shipping cost.
- How do I track the delivery of my order?
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My page section of REONDISTRICT or on https://trace.epost.go.kr//xtts/tt/epost/ems/ems_eng.jsp
by inserting the tracking number supplied.
- When can I expect to receive the goods?
REONDISTRICT.COM ships worldwide using EMS and FEDEX EXPRESS delivery.
All shipping services used by REONDISTRICT.COM provide a tracking number and full insurance.
All orders will be delivered in safety packaging, which will protect your items and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
Items that are already available will be shipped in 2-5 business days (monday-friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
Asia: 2 day for major cities / 3-5 days for remote areas
USA and Canada: 3-5 days, according to the final destination
Australia and Oceania: 3-5 days for major cities / 4-5 days for remote areas
Latin America: 4-5 days
Middle East: 3-5 days
Africa: 4-5 days

Please note: Customs authorities in Russia have tightened restrictions on import shipments, which can lead to delays in delivery.
- Can REONDISTRICT.COM ship to P.O. Boxes?
REONDISTRICT.COM ships worldwide with UPS or DHL. REONDISTRICT.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Can REONDISTRICT ship to more than one address in a single order?
We can ship one order to one address. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to
change addresses to a different country.
- Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Please note that Import duty and local taxes might be differently imposed depending on your region. The shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the
cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please note that delivery may be
subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. REONDISTRICT doesn't have any responsibility regarding any taxes problems.
- What if the package is not delivered or wrong place?
According to the policy, In case the package is failed to deliver due to the customer's fault( Wrong phone number, address, lack of address information, import regulations).
Package would be return to the Korea and all the charges will be your responsibility.
