Work Details
This product is crafted using the same 100% cotton four-layer French terry fabric as the original. The interior is brushed and finished through enzyme treatment and tumble washing to enhance softness and durability.Because black fabric naturally contains numerous subtle tonal variations, multiple BT (black tone) processes were carried out to accurately match the original black color. The overall fabric structure, including rib spacing, was meticulously aligned with the original specifications, resulting in a fabric that feels even more refined and premium. The printing was also executed using the same high-quality discharge printing technique as the original.

A total of seven different prints are applied to this product: prints on both sleeves, a chest print on the front panel, a black print on the lower left front panel, a back panel print, a lower back print, a hood print, and a black printed size marking inside the hood in place of a main label. Each print placement and proportion was carefully calibrated, and the artwork went through four rounds of revisions before finalization.Due to the nature of discharge printing, repeated processes of color matching and heat pressing were required, resulting in significant time and cost investment. Through this meticulous process, we achieved print quality fully equivalent to the original.

For construction, triple-needle stitching was applied along the side seams and hems, with additional triple-needle stitching on the interior for enhanced durability. The hood eyelets were also finished using the same punched technique as the original.The hood drawstrings are made from 100% cotton, matching the original in both length and thickness. Areas prone to distortion—such as the hood, sleeves, and hem—were produced through divided processes and finished using sewing techniques commonly found in high-end brands.

With a strong emphasis on overall completeness, this product has been faithfully reproduced to match the original across fabric, processing, printing, sewing, and trims. We confidently and highly recommend it for its exceptional level of quality and craftsmanship.
